Pistachio Butter & Yogurt Parfait

This Pistachio Butter Yogurt Parfait is very versatile; you can eat it for breakfast, lunch, or even dessert and you can add in various ingredients. It is super-easy to make and high in nuitrition making it perfect as a superfood.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 30g Nib & Nut Iranian Pistachio Butter
  • 150g Greek yogurt (you can also use hung curd)
  • 10g toasted walnuts
  • 10g dried blueberries and strawberries (optional)
  • Honey (or Maple syrup)

METHOD:

  • Warm-up your pistachio butter in the microwave and mix it with Greek yogurt
  • Top it with toasted walnuts. Blueberries and strawberries
  • Drizzle with some honey
